Superior Basement Water Control & Remodeling

From the time we first reached out for an estimate to the time the project was completed, George patiently answered all of our questions, and was very clear about the work that would be done, and when. George, Jess and Austin helped install the water control system - they did phenomenal work, and it was all wrapped up in three days. We highly recommend Superior for any work you might need for your basement!

The method they used is not best one. They almost did same thing what previous company did. Matter fact person was partner with previous company who did work for same issue.

I would not hesitate to recommend George and his team to fix your basement water problem. They installed their baseboard system and a sump pump. Communication was excellent, and George and his team were pleasant, punctual, and considerate. George gave the only quote where the sump pump placement made sense based on the slope of my yard. Most important, the system works! The power never goes out here, well...except the day after the system was installed. The battery back-up worked immediately. I am writing this during a major thaw as the sump pump whooshes the water right out of my basement--music to my ears.

Repaired 2 cracks in basement wall that have been producing water in my basement for years. Thus far 2 rainstorms that in the past would have caused water to be in my basement hae not done so. His charge for repairs was thousands of dollars less expensive than my 2 other estimates. George and his helper appeared a scheduled and completed the job in short order. Highest recommendation from Donna M. The work I had done by George Massery/Superior Basement Water Control was so much more broad and diverse than the option-descriptions above allowed. George and his wonderful crew worked wonders in my 70+ yr old basement of my two-family house. The foundation walls were saturated in many places with no true drains for the moisture; the floor was uneven; To clear an area for all the work that was needed .. ... for example to create a french drain. replace cinder block walls, install two best-quality sump pumps ..... the oil tank needed to be moved, a washing machine and its high cement foundation removed, two falling apart wood storage closets covering one whole wall along with the old wood steps to the basement., etc. The best part of the work was George and the crew. From the start he gave me an honest estimate and took as much time as was needed to explain all that needed to be fixed and why. I am 73 and this was greatly appreciated - I have friends who also used Superior Basement and they agree in all respects. George Massery is also one of the kindest and honest men I have met over so many years of working on my house (and personally too). My son came up from Florida and was so very impressed with all the work that was done (and he agreed that all was needed) and my son was a contractor for 35 years!
