"This is the first ever review I have ever written. My encounter with Harris at HG plumbing and Heating solutions was so exceptional that I feel so compelled to share my experience. I have used many plumbers over the years to service my house but Harris stands out above all. I recently called him for a clogged kitchen sink that would not drain. He responded immediately and was able to fit me in within his busy schedule. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he corrected the issue. During the entire process, he explained clearly and thoroughly each problem and options on how to correct it. He used the most advanced techniques and updated tools to solve the problem. He took great pride in his work and was not satisfied until it was completely repaired. In summary, he is extremely professional, a skilled expert, punctual, and tidy. "Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."

"Very good experience! Leading up to the job, Luigi periodically kept us informed on scheduling (each day of rain postpones all work for a day, and we had a rainy July). Then, he and his men performed the work, which included installing a new fence, in a very structured way -- section by section over several days. Luigi also suggested and added a couple of creative touches, such as a gently curved walkway (we had planned it as straight, with no design) leading from the driveway to both our front steps and the main walkway (see below). He even accommodated our need for a way to get our dog out to the street multiple times each day, even as access to our two entrances was ever-changing. The finished product looks outstanding, and has really enhanced our home and property."
