"He checked out our lake home and said it was not worth appraising it to reduce taxes because comparable homes had close to the same home value as ours. He did not want any money for the few hours he put in. I was amazed with his honesty and not wanting to charge us for an appraisal which was not necessary. He was also very easy to get hold of.
