I hired this company for an appraisal. Well he missed the fact that for my stove we do not have a 220 line nor did we have a gas line. This huge error has caused me to overpay for a property that I could have negotiated and asked for either a gas line to be in place or a 220 line to be installed prior to the purchase. According to two plumbers and one electrician the cost of getting a gas line is well over $3,000.00 and an electric install would cost $5,000. Overall I am not happy with this service and have considered going to small claims court.

I hired Lawrence Appraisal Service Inc April 2nd, we have communicated trough the Angi app and text messages, he was very rude and unpleasant to work with. Never followed up with me, I had to follow up myself, he never provided me the appraisal that he was hired to do.

Larry was right there when I needed him. He called me immediately and responded to my home at my convenience. Very professional and extremely thorough. I recommend Larry to all who require appraisal services.

The only problem I had was I had to contact them to send me the results of the appraisal because it wasn't sent to me when they told me it would be.

Dennis was professional. They scheduled the appraisal quickly and got the completed appraisal to me in a timely manner.

I hired them for an appraisal and they charge me first, they do the appraisal but they never gave any copy or an email with the formal appraisal, they cashed the check i did not have any way to contact them, now i want my money back

Larry was known to the county/city tax appraisers and has a very good reputation with them. The appraisal reduced the increase in property taxes to a more appropriate amount. Larry was very fast, thorough, and provided an excellent and timely appraisal. I can t say enough about his service. 5 stars from me

Larry did a great job,took good pictures,wrote up a fair appraisal ,which helped us on our tax assessment challenge .
