And, man, are these guys neat and organized. They got right into building our new deck, which took only a few days. These guys even worked through the rain. We had checked out two other companies prior, but there was something not quite right. Too expensive and too many loopholes. We were left more confused and disappointed than before we started. No strings attached, which was the impression we were getting from the other guys. And Mike seems to have all the bases covered when it comes to home improvement. He did some electrical work for us, even while the deck was being built. We are already discussing other projects around our home that need to be taken care of. "Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."
