He outlined everything his company would do before they did it, answered all my excessive questions with patience and understanding, and set up scheduling. The crew was hardworking and efficient. My house looked better after Restoration Experts got to it, than it did before the smoke damage!! I didn't have to throw out any clothes, and I didn't lose anything sentimental because of their due diligence and hard work. I will always be grateful for that. I highly recommend them.
