Restoration Experts

The whole crew was very professional, and the Restoration Experts case manager, Justin, took the time to explain everything from how of damage happens and best practices to fix it. He outlined everything his company would do before they did it, answered all my excessive questions with patience and understanding, and set up scheduling. The crew was hardworking and efficient. My house looked better after Restoration Experts got to it, than it did before the smoke damage!! I didn't have to throw out any clothes, and I didn't lose anything sentimental because of their due diligence and hard work. I will always be grateful for that. I highly recommend them. The crew is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and hard working. I will absolutely be a return customer if my house ever needs restoration in the future. I can't thank them enough for fixing the damage to my home.

The Extensive Repairs that Restoration Experts of NY did was EXCELLENT-OUTSTANDING-EXCEPTIONAL. Let me say that I am not experienced in Home Repair; and am clueless with the simplest home repairs. I had a small fire in my parents house on LI NY ; and due to the Great Response of the Local Fire Dept. was able to contain the damage ; although due to getting into the house in a few different places there was much additional damage (which was better then having the house burn to the ground). There was also smoke damage in the entire house , & water damage that spread to many areas from the containment. Restoration Experts of NY was one of the Preferred Restoration / Construction Companies given to me from my Insurance Co.. ( They were on Top of the List). They came out to look and I Immediately knew that this was the Restoration co. to work with. My mother went to brothers House 800 miles away and I after the first meeting went back to my House 1300 miles away. Since we were both far away Restoration Experts would almost on a daily basis tell us what they were doing ; and ALWAYS gave me choices prior to the work ( when choices were needed instead of going ahead with the work without my input). I had TOTAL CONFIDENCE from 1300 miles with ONLY being on-sight 2 times during the re-build. Restoration Experts also used the Computer and Cell Phones to send me images of the work. It's Important to know that this Restoration was done at the height of the Covid-19 Crisis ; and yet through their decades old vendors ; got the job done with very few minor vendor delays. The House looks Brand New. Their Interface with the Insurance Co. was Terrific and also all the other groups they had to deal with that you would never suspect needed to be done before and during the re-build. A 60 YO House that was looking like a 60 yo House ; NOW Looks Brand New and probably has Increased the Value of the House by $400K. All Your Construction Needs will go far beyond any expectation you have ; and your ONLY should be Respiration Experts. I certainly will be glad to speak with you in person.
