Bob is a great guy and clearly takes pride in his work. He had to re-install a towel rack that had come off the drywall and I assumed he would have to move it lower due to damage done to drywall and that I would be left with a fairly large patch and paint job. I am not sure how he did it, but he reinstalled the towel bar using a much stronger anchor, and was able to do it mere inches from the previous spot. It saved me having to patch and repaint that section of the wall. 
I highly recommend him -- have been most impressed.

Bob had proper tool and was very experienced in fixing the problem.  He demonstrated knowledge and proficiency.  He was also very friendly.

First of all, he came the next day and did an amazing job. The carpet areas he repaired were well blended. He also gave us a very fair and decent quote to replace our carpeting. We had Bob come back to do some additional handyman work - painting, sealing, drywall patching in order to get our house ready to go on the market.  He is a very nice and trust worthy person to work with. I cannot recommend him enough.

Bob was fantastic and I will definitely be hiring him again now that I know he has carpentry skills in addition to carpet installation. He was prompt to return calls and texts, showed up when he said he would and did a great job. He was very knowledgable as well and professional. Although this was a small job, he put in 100% effort as if it were a much bigger job. He also had great suggestions on how we could save money on a future carpet job that we are contemplating. I have added him to my contacts list and will be using him again. His initial estimate was right on track and he worked around my crazy schedule to get it done. There was a delay in the start of the job on my end due to another contractor's messing something up, and Bob made himself available as soon as I needed him. 
He only has 6 reviews on Angie's List right now, but this is a company I would love to see grow and expand. His positive attitude, friendly demeanor and great work ethic are all to be commended. Highly, highly recommend. and the price was definitely right!

I had small repairs in 4 rooms. Bob came in and gave me what I believe to be an incredibly fair price. Of course the first room he started in looked to me to be more involved than originally thought. I observed the process of stretching and tacking carpets and could tell Bob was highly experienced. He had all the proper tools and didn't take shortcuts. When he was done in the master bedroom he had stretched and retacked more than half the room before he was satisfied with his work. He brought one worker with him and they worked harmoniously together. Both men were very polite and Bob was scrupulously attentive to detail and cleanliness. Other estimates included a per-room minimum fee for service. Bob came in and appreciated that most of what I required were really "small" fixes. The pricing structure of other contractors made this a prohibitive project. I'm so glad I found Bob and believe I truly got the better of this deal! Without a doubt I would ask him back to do more work.

Bob provided an AMAZING service.  I had been searching for a company for WEEKS who was willing to take the carpet that I had removed from my bedroom, and apply it to my bedroom stairs, even though there was more than enough carpet available for the job.  After calling dozens and dozens of other places with no success and never being called back, Bob said that my request was no problem at all.  I called him yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out this morning!  The work performed was absolutely fantastic - the stairs are perfectly done!  He was very professional, punctual, and performed an excellent service.  Additionally he and his assistant were both friendly and a pleasure to work with.  I would highly highly recommend him and his company!  I think it is also important to note that although he does not have many reviews on Angie's List, he has over 130 reviews on Service Magic with an overall rating of 5 stars - quality work for a decent price with people you can trust!

Company was a pleasure to work with. He brought samples to the house to look over with me.  He was not a pressure salesman.
