I highly recommend him -- have been most impressed.
"With respect to the customer I explained that it is hard to give an estimate over the phone because sometimes certain details are not portrayed properly therefore I have to come out and see the work to be done before giving a definite estimate. Many customers insist on an estimate over the phone and I always tell them there is a possibility that it could change when I see the work to be done. I have been in business 38 years and my customers are always pleased with my estimates because they are fair and the quality of my work is nothing but top notch. -Robert , Back in Action Carpet Service."
He only has 6 reviews on Angie's List right now, but this is a company I would love to see grow and expand. His positive attitude, friendly demeanor and great work ethic are all to be commended. Highly, highly recommend. and the price was definitely right!
We were very satisfied overall. I highly recommend Back In Action and will use him again in the future.
