I paint cabinets; typically the cabinets that I am painting are wood or melamine, with a laquered surface. I take down the doors and drawer faces and bring them home to spray with shellac primer and Benjamin Moore Aura non-toxic paints. Dan is meticulous with his work and a complete pleasure to work with. He seems to enjoy explaining the process as thoroughly as one may want it. He kept to his schedule and was great with texting arrival times. Luckily he made a great suggestion of buying new drawer and door handles to update the look and also match the finish of our new interior door handles. "DO NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman. I hired him to install a stone walkway and it is a complete disaster. The workmanship is terrible. The walkway is falling apart, breaking and lifting and is a trip hazard. I had to take him to court to get my payment refunded. I was awarded the judgment, but Dan Ford has NOT paid. I ended up having to file a transcript of judgment with the County Court and have a lien placed on him and his business. He still has NOT paid. Do NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman."

The work was subpar and not done properly missing j channels- gaps in wrap install. Going to cost me more to fix/complete the work. I do not recommend."
