They did not always come when they said and did cake when I wasn’t expecting them. If you have a VERY clear expectation of what you need these guys are great. I had a few odd things and apparently didn’t explain exactly what I wanted. They are drywall guys and not contractors. I also expected the room to be cleaned up and ready to paint when I was done. It wasn’t. I had to spend a lot of time wiping down the walls and cleaning joint compound off the floor. Even a once over with a vacuum would have been nice. I do feel I got what I paid for and they did get back to me within days."

His applied natural talents and superlative skills saved me thousands of dollars! On the basis of both professional conversation and knowledgeable observation, Mr. Grady possesses the intrinsic knowledge of old-world trades, the artistic capabilities, the problem=solving thought processes, and the personal work ethic to accomplish a broud scope of reconstruction and restoration."
