Matthew answered the phone on the first try and from that point on was a first class professional all the way. He explained everything from procedure to time frame to cost. His crew followed up exactly as was explained. They were polite, very hard workers, and did a magnificent job. They didnt leave a twig, carted all of the debris away and cut the logs into fireplace length and even stacked them for me. I highly recommend them and will hire them again!! A savvy homeowner may already have all the necessary tools and know-how to build a DIY pergola, but the difference in cost isn’t that much, and having help will make the process easier in general.
