Our project required removal and disposal of surrounding hedges and aggressively spreading sumac trees to be removed by the root surrounding a big corner lot. Jay and crew did a great job with removal, cleanup and customer service. Definitely would hire them again.

New construction that required a massive amount of top soil brought in to fix some grading issues and provide a suitable base to start a new lawn. Jay and the crew did a fantastic job! Jay is reliable, and provides excellent communication before, during and after the completion of the project. The passion Jay has for doing the project correctly at a reasonable price and the fact that he commits to showing up when he says he will, set Capital District apart from many other providers of this type of service. Will be using this group for additional projects!

Hired the team to grade and refill 200' driveway. Showed up first thing in the morning and completed the job quickly and well. I will reach out to Capital District Property Services, LLC again when I am ready to have more work done on my property. Very Satisfied!

Jessie came on the day expected and did a wonderful job removing tree stumps and grading.

I hired them to dig several swales in my back yard and woods to improve drainage on the property. Jay is super professional had had a great price. Very communicative, showed up on time and made sure the changes would address our problems.

This was a great job done by Cokely Property Management. They gave me a reasonable and honest pricing that was stuck to. He even moved a rake of fire wood to get the drainage pipe next to my shed. Jay has a great attention to detail and takes pride in doing good by his customers. When a problem neither of us could foresee arose that prevented completing the project up to full five star quality, he did what he could and made the rest right with me. I would and likely will hire him again in the future.

I had a few large branches hanging over my garage and roof that were damaged in last year s windstorm. Capital District made an offer to help remove them and I could not be happier with the results. The branches are gone, I do not have to worry every time the wind blows, and it did not cost as much as I thought it would. Definitely calling them the next time I need a tree trimmed!

I asked Capital to remove two trees from my front yard that have been a pain for years. I've had many estimates done in the past and turned them down but Capital's price was too good to refuse. They got them removed quickly and by the time I was back from work everything was settled as if the trees had never grown. 10/10, would use again!
