I liked the way he came in and was knowledgeable about the structure. He took his time to look through the house. He make us feel comfortable about the structure, understanding and knowing that the wall we wanted to come down was a non-bearing wall.

Double the estimate wait time, 2 to 3 weeks, turned into 6.

Showed up and told me what I had suspected. I needed their assessment of a concrete job that was poorly engineered by a contractor who screwed up. Their assessment will help me win a court case. $500 to show up and tell me: â Yeah,they shouldnâ t have done thatâ ,and putting it on paper,seemed a little steep.

If your looking for TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE then definitely hire this company. This companies manager named Jocelyn Mosher is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with it. I do a lot of work on my properties and i will surely NEVER use this company and I will make sure all my colleagues don?t either. Hopefully by reading this review it saves you the headache of dealing with this unprofessional company.

When you called this company, you got to talk to an actual person who was knowledgeable. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Unusual this day-and-age. I appreciated it very much.

Rich was eager to finish the job of walking through my hone, exclaiming it would only take 30 minutes to look at it from top to bottom for $250. However, I felt that a thorough job would require him to look at my problem areas which were on the third floor, the second floor, and through to the basement with precision. I had my father come over to ask him additional questions "hold him there" which helped him find additional things that he didn't find in his initial 30 minutes. When it comes to my home, I want to know that it is safe, and that I have a quality engineer looking at it. Since I was paying for the job and not by the hour, I expected that my home would be looked at which I explained in our intake prior to the consultation rather than a "walk through." All in all, if you don't have a serious issue, then Nolan will work. Otherwise, find someone who will take the time to find the issues and who has years of exoerience behind them, not just good ratings. It turns out that Rich had just purchased the business that had been around for a while, even though he was a newer engineer. He was polite, clean, and knowledgeable about some things, but in the end...I paid for a "we will see when the snow melts!"
