"Justin and his partner did a fantastic job installing a radius copper gutter around a portion of our house. The final job was neat and showed a great amount of skill. The only item that I would give a slightly lower score for was the fact that excessive flux from the soldering operation fell onto my wood deck and railing staining them. I was able to wash the stains out, however, so there was no permanent damage. The price was much better than others out in the market by multiples."

"We called Castle windows to get all new windows in our home. The sales
man came out showed us the window samples he had, explained how they are
built, insulated and work. We did a contract that night (we had talked
to other companies as well but the warrantee was better with Castle. Financing was simply.
Everything
went as scheduled. The guy to measure came first and measured
everything twice.The windows were ready when promised. They 2 man crew
arrived as scheduled. They remeasured everything to be sure they had the
right sizes before taking out any windows. They had all the windows
done in about 7 hours.
The windows are great so far. Of course it is
winter and they are just closed, but there are no drafts or leaks (and
NJ has had lots of rain and wind storms lately).
The only thing I
can say as maybe a negative (but it can just be our misunderstanding),
the salesman explained that if there was rot in the wood around the
windows it would "all be cut out and replaced" is what we thought meant
that the entire length of the rotted wood, would be replaced. What they
do is cut the rotten part out plus a few inches and then put a piece
back in. Once the window is in and the vinyl wrapped around the jam you
can't tell. They did cut all the rot out and checked very thoroughly ALL
the jams. Like I said probably our misunderstanding.
Overall we are extremely happy with Castle from start to finish.
