"Mick and his team were professional from start to finish. Mick explained the repair process of repairing my retaining wall from start to finish. His explanation was enough to tell me he knew what he was doing which was the main reason I hired him. His masons were diligent in removing the old buckled retaining wall and installing a new one with additional reinforcement and changing the wall cap across the rest of the garden wall. Mick's team also took care of a few extras that were added on so although only part of the wall needed repair, the garden wall looks uniform. Most of all, his team kept the job site clean. As for the paperwork, unlike other businesses that give you only the bill, Mick was thorough starting with the written estimate with the description of the work to the final invoice outlining the work completed "in detail".
