I recently had the pleasure of working with Hi Tech Contracting and Restoration Corp for a complete refresh of our home in Queens. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project.They expertly performed brick spot pointing on our chimney, repaired our traditional masonry stucco, and applied Thorocoat waterproofing paint on our foundation walls. I had a few problems with the roof of my rental property and talked to a few companies. At the end I decided to go with Hi Tech contracting Thank God I've chosen those guys. Their project manager Usman was great. He explained me in details what and how they'll be dealing with the inspection and problems. He offered me a window of a few days to do the job, which was quite fine with me. He kept me posted on the progress every step and was constantly in touch, sending me photos of what's been done. Their team went out of the way to fix the rotten parts, install isolation and new tiles all in one day (the rain started poring like crazy the next day). We had a great experience with Hi Tech they restored our exterior old stucco with power wash fixing stucco cracks and then 2 coats of thorocoating in bensonhurst brooklyn area we found them after lots of searching and we are happy with out decision.

They repaired our flat roof and protected with silicone coat also installed tiles on porch and few bricks were replaced very professionally done and great affordable prices.

Hi Tech guys replaced our sidewalk removed our dot sidewalk violation and installed pavers on our front yard at fresh meadow queen area we found them based on their good reviews and they really proved that they do good business highly recommended company.

I appreciated the professional manner in which the representative, Usman educated me on the need for a new roof. He photographed the problem areas, showed me and explained each one, then later provided a reasonable estimate of the work to be done. There were also follow up phone calls to answer additional questions. Moreover they fixed my chimney leaky areas and some stucco repair very clean work done by Hi Tech.

Great company to work with Usman came and gave us a very fair price on our problematic leaky roof he explained honestly and never rushed we had 7 other estimates and that was not the cheap quote but very detailed and professional from start to finish a very easy and pleasant experience.

Overall great experience we hired them based on their great reviews their price was bit high to others but scope of work was more detailed and professional. They totally ripped off and installed our brand new flat roof with silicone coat and it looks amazing no leaks from last 8 months roof is in great condition and our neighbors used them for some roof and masonry work and they are happy we will definitely recommend Hi Tech and their professional crew.

We had a foundation basement leaks and we hired them because they had done some work on our neighbors house they did a very good job very fair prices and great quality workmanship. Highly recommend them.

I worked with Kamran from Hi Tech Contracting to completely redo our front patio, staircase, and redo our entire walkway. They also power washed and resealed the front brick facade of our house. Working with Kamran has been an absolute pleasure - he's very responsive, offers good feedback and advice. When the team made a design decision that I was not happy with, and caught after the fact, Kamran very quickly rectified it and it was completely changed to my liking. The photos don't quite do it justice, as the concrete and sand is still setting. With that said I will not hesitate to reach out to Kamran for future work.

Kamran and his team powerwashed, re-pointed, and resealed the facade of my house. They also repainted my weathered trim. They are professional, on time and on budget, and can get the job done without any issues. They cleaned up after they left, and the work looks great. Kamran is friendly and responsive, and you will feel like you are kept in the loop during the whole process. I would hire Hi Tech again for the future projects around my home.
