Gary was able to install a new hot water heater for me. We discovered that the old heater broke on a Saturday morning, and less than 4 hours later we had a new one installed. Not only would I use Gary again, but I’ve already recommend him to others. Amazing service especially on a weekend.

He was reliable time wise and he did good work. I had a little bit of a conflict with him because there was a piece that I was supposed to have but did not have. So, his job that was supposed to have taken an hour, took only twenty minutes and he still wanted to charge me a full price for a visit. I was a little bit upset about that but it was my fault that I did not have the right part. He did not handle the situation in the right way.
