"I had major water damage to kitchen, laundry room and closet. Complete tear out of floors, right down to the studs. This company treated my home like it was theirs. His years of experience he was able to give me options that I hadn't even considered. I am over the top happy with the end result. Mr. Megerell and his workers were professional, friendly and very considerate of the job being done. I would definitely have him do work for me in the future."

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Greg has amazing vision for homes. His designs mimic the style of the client, incorporating the epitome of excellent taste with maximum function. We have benefited twice from his professional lens as we remodeled and added on to our mid century home to accommodate a growing extended family while making our colonial style home into a residence which also works as we age. Both experiences showed Greg to be attentive, caring about our needs while incorporating his lens into how to make it all work. He has a gift of design, and we are now living in a beautiful home, which blends openness and light with ease and function. We are delighted with this project, which includes a customized kitchen island. Remember that it all begins with a plan. Bravo to Greg! We recommend him without reservation.Susan and Tom L."

""We recently hired Jay-C Construction for a whole-house remodel, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. A project of this scale can be incredibly stressful, but their team was professional, highly skilled, and maintained excellent communication throughout every phase. The attention to detail in the craftsmanship—from the flooring to the custom finishes—is top-notch. They turned our vision into a reality while staying on schedule, and the final result exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a reliable contractor for a major renovation, I cannot recommend Jay-C construction enough!""
