He walked through the basement examining the current installations and then came to the dining room to discuss his ideas. He had a large volume of pictures from many previous geothermal installations, some very much like ours. There is a quiet professionalism to Court that is so much better than salesmanship. His final design includes extra protections, and elegant features. For instance, this winter the furnace heats all our domestic hot water with otherwise wasted heat generated by the compressor. The house remains quietly at our set temperature regardless of the weather outside, hot or cold. 2) Customer Service: Court is always available on email or phone when I have questions. He and his partner came to tweak the system last week and spent time carefully correcting all the many adjustments available on a geothermal installation. 3) Value for money: I don't know what other firms would charge.
