"Esmeralda is a good worker along with her friend Mercedez (who I thought actually worked more diligently than Esmeralda, her boss). She is very expensive. $1500. for 8 hours, although my house was in dire need of a seasonal cleaning. Yet, many obvious areas were missed. There were also certain cleaning tasks like tile floors that I could tell she steered away from going into all the way. We provided a multitude of products that we thought would help. I think she would be very good for smaller houses, or smaller projects. Ours is a bigger house. Yet, I saw areas where a door had been started to be cleaned at the bottom where the oil from winter sometimes leaves a light stain. It comes off with Mr. Clean sponges. Half of it was done and the rest left undone. I found this in other areas as well. So, I would hire her again for smaller projects, but I think a big house is beyond her expertise."
