"We had water backing up through the drain in our basement, so I called Mr Rooter assuming that the sewer pipe needed to be snaked or rooted.  Upon arrival, the professional (Matt, I believe) checked everything out and confirmed my suspicion.  He went about his business keeping me up to date throughout the process, and asking questions when needed.  Once the pipe had been rooted, he checked all other water sources (sinks, bathtub, etc.) and their pipes for issues.  Apparently this complimentary service is part of their process.  All in all, I was very pleased.  Matt(?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend Mr Rooter to others in need.

When I pointed out a small section on a side of the house that was not included on the quote, they made a quick call and just got permission to take care of it. I made it clear I was willing to pay for it, but they covered it under the original quote. All told they were there a couple of hours and left the area cleaner than they found it.
