Repairman was very friendly and very helpful with all of the questions I asked. He arrived early for the appointment which was great because of warning of severe weather. I plan on calling him again for routine maintenance

Outstanding from first meeting & purchase to 24Kw Generac's first start up. Amanda Tallman is completely thorough explaining all installation steps & the numerous items pertaining to this model. On the final day, in the rain, alone Amanda improved the propane line installed by gas supplier. We were so grateful for installation before cold weather & frozen ground occurs. Completely SATISFIED with 4 POWER NOW Roger Sevilla Throop Township.

They are very skilled, knowlegeable, and professional. I really appreciate their flexibility in the installation process by using in two phases to accommodate my request to install sooner if there are cancellations. The electrician who installed the transfer switch wore a mask and left the area cleaner than he found it :) I am sure the generator installation will go just as smoothly as the transfer switch install.

We hired 4 Power Now to install our new furnace and central A/C unit in April 2021. They were prompt, cleaned up well and initially we were happy with the work. Very shortly after the installation, water was leaking out of the furnace onto the basement floor. After leaving multiple voicemails to Amanda, we finally received a call back after 2 weeks. Amanda apologized, scheduled a time to examine the issue and then missed the appointment. After another call, she sent another worker out to our house to **fix** the leak. We called a different HVAC company to investigate an issue with out ductwork after the slow response to the water leak by 4Power Now and he was immediately concerned when he saw the furnace because of a stainless steel pipe used which was a code violation. As he continued to examine the furnace, he found multiple other code issues. The previous water leak was caused by a plastic elbow having been cut and not connected properly and the metal collar securing the pipe that vents carbon monoxide was not even tightened. There were other issues as well. Very upset that this could have endangered our family and also that potential for further water leaks could have ruined our equipment that was such a large financial investment.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone i need of a new furnace or generator very professional great quality equipment and very reasonably priced.

Do not do any business with 4 Power Now. After removing my back up generator to repair it, they never repaired, returned, or reinstalled it! I got nothing but excuses and no return phone calls from them. It was only through the efforts of Home Advisor Inc. that I was able to resolve the problem. Again, do NOT do business with 4 Power Now!

Excellent service,called about having my hot water heater replaced,They came out Tuesday nite and had my new hot water heater up and running pretty quick.Would highly recommend this company for your projects.

Very professional and nice. We ended up having a big problem with the water valve outside and they called OCWA, handling everything. Thew were putting in a new water heater. Would hire again.

Amanda is terrific! They came out and replaced our hot water tank on a Saturday evening and had us up and running in less than 2 hours! I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone!

Our hot water heater started to leak in the morning...I called and the service man Jim was here in an hour. His service on the new installation was excellent. He drained and took away the old broken heater. I would definitely us 4 Power again.

Excellent service all the way around, I inquired at 10 am and by 5pm all done. Amanda did excellent installation removed and replaced the water heater. Left area cleaner then what it was when she started. Thank You Amanda and 4 Power Now, I am a very happy customer, cheers.

The entire process from initial estimate to install was seamless. Communication was fast and informative, price extremely competitive, and the install experience wonderful. The crew was fast and respectful, left my landscaping looking better than when they came, and having the piece of mind that comes with our whole house generator is priceless. Could not have been happier and highly recommend this company.
