"1) Quality: During his first visit Court began with a careful examination of our house and the pond that now provides heat in winter and air conditioning in summer. He walked through the basement examining the current installations and then came to the dining room to discuss his ideas. He had a large volume of pictures from many previous geothermal installations, some very much like ours. There is a quiet professionalism to Court that is so much better than salesmanship.
