"I had a terrible leak in my bathrooms in a 60 year old home. Mike over at Tumminello's quoted me an all-in price. Mike immediately realized I needed the lead pipes leading up to my toilet replaced. I knew as soon as Mike described what he wanted to do that is what I waned. Mike gave me an alternative, but I went with the full replacement choice. The other plumbers I called could only give me an hourly rate. The two guys that came to my home, Matt and Ryan, were very friendly and respectful. The work was quoted and done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I had 2 toilets installed and leak fixed. I had my lead bends replaced; both leaked; both definitely needed replacement. Mike was very flexible on whether I wanted to install my own toilets or if I wanted him to pick them up. I told him the toilet that I was looking at, and he told me he could get a quote on a similar toilet. He saved me from having to order the toilet, and waiting a week over at HD or Lowe's. He called me back in about 10 minutes, we agreed on a toilet. My elderly father then decided he wanted his toilet changed too. I called Mike, and someone else answered, I told them I wanted to add a toilet, but with a rounded shape. The next day, Matt and Ryan arrived with both toilets. They did a great job on the toilets and the leak. I'm doing more work to my plumbing, and will definitely be using Tumminello Plumbing and Heating again. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Had my 13Kw system installed 2 years ago. I wanted to wait to see how everything was running before entering the review. The system is working great and no animals are getting in under the panels. Solar Living made sure the panels were well protected. The design is good and was able to add as many panels without compromising the look of the roof. In 2 years, one of the Enphase IQ 7 failed and Solar Living automatically contacted me to schedule a visit to replace the unit. It's great to have peace of mind where the system is being taken care of without me maintaining it."

"They are weak in trouble shooting and providing clear recommendations due to which we incurred significant costs. It’s sad to give your business to a company wherein you spend $2000 on a repair only to be told 72 hours later you need to replace the entire furnace. No appreciation for customer loyalty or that during COVID some refund should have been provided. Instead they did not take any ownership for it. Furnace was only 13 yrs old and they did the maintainence on it for 10 of those years. We lost our heating one say and they suggested the furnace required a new inducer and mother board for $2000. We went with that repair only to find out 72 hours later our heating stopped again abs this time it was found our heat exchanger was leaking water. Anyway nothing good comes out of taking undue advantage of people. The lesson here is try to find a company that has expertise in your brand of furnace. We later researched and found out our furnace was known to have heat exchanger issues. This company only has knowledge on the brand of furnace they install. Everything is else you as the customer do at risk as they will not take any accountability of their repairs don’t work. I have never come across a company like this one."

"Gene and Spencer did all the work in restructuring the system for our radiant heat. They were prompt, clean and courteous and explained in laymen terms what the issues were and how they were addressed. They went well above and beyond what the projected called for by "shocking" the hot water storage tank in order to purge sediment. This time consuming job was done with no additional charge. One replaced fitting developed a miniscule drip which was promptly addressed the next day, John Cilento, owner of the business personally came by to ensure the drip was stopped. Excellent work by very reliable people. A genuine throwback."

"Getting a tune up appointment which they claim pays for the contract fee is impossible to get if they even keep it. In the 12 years I was with them maybe 4 tune ups happened as most of the time they are booked 6-12 months out. That’s how backup they are on this pre Covid Second I put my deliveries on hold and they sent me a cancellation fee. A few that was never disclosed in the email I agreed to (see attachment) after disputing it and saying they never disclosed it they sent me the bill again now with late fees. After 12 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars this is how they treat a long standing customer. Run but not to Petro as that’s the same company. Go to Slomins instead."
