I had an issue with my plumbing where the hot water from my heater ran over where the dryer was. He came during the night and fixed it. He's prompt, friendly and helpful. His service is exceptional.

Roto Rooter promised a technician for the morning of 07/03 and called the morning of to say they couldn't have a service man until 07/06. I couldn't subject my tenants to having no shower during the hot 4th of July long weekend so I looked for a plumber on Angie's List and found Renz.. I explained my situation to Renz and let him know of my commitment to my tenant to have a plumber there that day. Renz had the problem resolved within 2 hours of my call.
Too often when a service professional is called, it's "leave a message and we'll get back to you". What impressed me was Renz's main line message also provided an alternative mobile number to call for immediate attention.
I found the price fair and both my tenants and I were very satisfied with Renz's work. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him for his promptness and professionalism.

We noticed a growing water stain on our ceiling in the kitchen directly below the shower in the master bath. Two years ago, Jim from Renz helped us with an emergency in that same shower from a DIY fix of a leaky shower head that had gone horribly wrong. At that time, Jim responded within an hour of getting the emergency call on a Saturday late afternoon and was at our house two hours later to fix the problem. With this water stain, since it wasn't an emergency, I called 8 different plumbers (including Jim) over three days, all from Angie's List, and left messages to get estimates. Two responded within minutes and told me that my location was too far for them to come out (~25 miles distance). Two responded the day after I called them and let me know their hourly rates, which ranged from $90/hour to $185/hour. I never heard from the others. Jim got back to me the same day I left a message and he remembered helping me out two years ago. His rate was very reasonable and he was available to come to my house the next day (Saturday morning). He called me before he left to let me know he was on his way and he showed up when he said he would. He opened up the ceiling in the kitchen and the drain pipe from the shower was right on the other side of the ceiling. He had an immediate idea that the problem was the strainer, which he replaced. The leak was fixed. Jim is definitely my go-to plumber from here on out.

Left a message on his phone. He called me back within a few hours of the initial call. I sent him a few photos of the area to be worked on .We then proceeded to set up a date for the job.
The job was completed on time with no problems.I would highly recommend Jim.

I had a slight emergency with a short time frame to get it fixed due to travel plans. Jim was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate and was able to fit me in during my only available time. They were fast and didn't mind my dog always greating them as they came in the house.

Jim from Renz plumbing came to our house twice to check and make sure that we needed a new hot water heater rather than some other less expensive form of service. He is very curteous and professional and tried everything he could in order to avoid the high dollar hot water heater job. Unfortunatly we had to bite the bullet and get the hot water heater. Jim and his crew were quick,and I never even saw the old one go out! The new one was installed and our water was back on within less than 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and we had no leaks or any problems at all. Jim returned in a few days to double check the work done and made sure everything was operating properly. I was very impressed when I found out that the guys at Renz plumbing check the bottem of there boots to make sure no rocks are stuck in the tread and will not scratch the floors in my home! Jim Renzulli has been my sole plumber for over 25 years. He is a true professional. Jim returns my phone calls in a timely manner and always arrives at my home exactly when he says he will. His work is meticulous and he is always fair and honest. He and his workers are always considerate of you and your home.
