This firm was outstanding to deal with. Very professional staff and what they promised they did. Even came back to touch up after it rained that night and some of the paint did not dry so it washed off. Came back as promised and finished the job. Highly recommend.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Wheeling and dealing scammers! Arrived near dusk. No name on truck, no business cards. Went on roof and identified problem tile. His brother with a paint pail of patch in poor light ?patched? the roof and agreed to walk around and hit a few areas. $1200 bucks and asked for cash. Gave me a 3 yr guarantee?. After the second rain fall, the same leak reappeared. He came up and said with out inspection, we are at the 2nd phase and again with the wheeling and dealing. Do not even consider this guy for any roofing project.

"Hey Kathy we do apologize you feel this way about us but first off you called and asked for us to come because the next few days were rain and you needed a emergency patch, Were a family owned and operated business so my brother was with me. I told you $1400 and you said How much if give you cash I said $1200 which you agreed and signed the contract then gave me $600 cash and $600 check. If the patch job didnt work the only next step was to replace the section. The wheeling and dealing was I told you I would deduct the $1200 from the first job from the total of the second job. Also I told I would come back Wednesday or Thursday to Repatc"

Northside came out as soon as possible Alex gave me a free estimate he was vary professional he knew exactly what he was doing he even saved me money when other contractors came out I felt like they were taken advantage of me but Northside made me feel better about getting my roof repaired they respected my home cleaned up as they worked and I well definitely recommend them to those who need their roof done.
