"I needed complete drywall replacement in my garage, ceiling and walls. I did not know Southside Builders prior to hiring them for this project. The owner, Neil Dylag, showed up for the initial evaluation when he said he would. He provided a timely estimate. We agreed to a start date and estimated completion date. This project started and finished as scheduled with no additional charges or change orders. His solutions to the couple of glitches we had were sound and better than my recommendations. I found Neil to be an extremely hard working and honest businessman. I'm satisfied with the job and recommend him to your project."

"We had quite a bit of winter damage from a leaking roof and Jay repaired everything. There was nothing he could not do. During the five week job, he repaired or replaced drywall and insulation, roof tiles, removed damaged wallpaper, painted and even took care of mold!
