When his timing changed, he texted me to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the extra care Sean took. He noticed some debris on my sidewalk--not even near the area where he was working--and took the time to blow the sidewalk clean. It was a small gesture, but it said a lot about the kind of person he is and the pride he takes in his work. Sean also went above and beyond the original scope of the job. I needed help replacing a shower fixture because I didn't have the proper tool, and he kindly agree to take care of that for me as well.
