Southside Builders

We contracted Southside Builders to finish our basement, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Neal is very professional, responds quickly, and delivers quality work. He let us know everyday when to expect him and always showed up on time. We were told at the start of our project that our basement would take 4-6 weeks to complete and it was completed within that time frame (which never happens!). We will definitely use Southside Builders for our future projects and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Neil was very professional and courteous. Everyday he would let me know when he would be arriving, what work he was going to accomplish that day and when he would be leaving. I have already hired him again for more work.

I needed complete drywall replacement in my garage, ceiling and walls. I did not know Southside Builders prior to hiring them for this project. The owner, Neil Dylag, showed up for the initial evaluation when he said he would. He provided a timely estimate. We agreed to a start date and estimated completion date. This project started and finished as scheduled with no additional charges or change orders. His solutions to the couple of glitches we had were sound and better than my recommendations. I found Neil to be an extremely hard working and honest businessman. I'm satisfied with the job and recommend him to your project.

I received a text everyday letting me know what work would be done and what time they would arrive. They were on time every time.
