Jimmy and the team went above-and-beyond and did the delivery without me having to be at the new house. They started right away opening the shipping boxes containing large furniture pieces such as a queen bed and two large dressers. They put all the waste either into trash bags or onto curb for recycling. The furniture was assembled nicely. We had to leave during the work, and Rufino texted me with images of some minor damage to the furniture that occurred during shipping. The images of the damaged box and the piece (back of dresser) were very helpful. We are happy with the work and were pleased with the professionalism."
