He included the re-seating and re-grouting of those stones as a second proposal, which we accepted. The 'Angie's List' 15% discount was included in the proposal without our asking.
The work was done during the following week. They arrived on time, and finished the job in one day. They were very respectful of working on church property, they left the site in perfect condition and were very pleasant and easy to deal with.
