I have know Billy for many years and he has completed many projects where I live. Billy is an expert in water issues and corrected a very steep long gravel driveway that washed out every time there was a heavy rain. He fixed a basement flooding problem after 2 different contractors failed. He understands septic systems and can put them back into working order. He fenced in my yard and it looks beautiful. Billy has an attention to detail and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend WA Landclearing

William does outstanding work and always makes sure the customer is satisfied. I’ve hired him for three different projects.

William was amazing. He worked at our house for nearly 7 weeks and did an outstanding job. We needed to have a small backyard dug up and install cultic systems, dry wells, catch basins, and sump pumps. Additionally, we needed to have the driveway concrete channel drain replaced and new gutters added. The work was extremely challenging and William did a great job. I could not recommend him more. Additionally, he also does excellent masonry work and landscaping. He took down a huge tree for us with no issue. He is extremely responsive and very fair. Has become a true friend and could not recommend him more.

Will and his team are absolutely reliable and meticulous. They cleared two massive trees from our property and helped us with the beds in both the front and back of the yard. These havenâ t been touched in about 2 years and they look brand new and impeccable. The next week, flowers bloomed! Now he is installing a fence for us.

Williamâ  s team is very good and very fast. They do neat and professional landscaping. You get what you pay for though you pay quite a lot. I would use them again.

I never give reviews â but I have to comment on WA Landscaping. I design and develop bespoke luxury properties. I initially hired William the owner and his great team over 3 years ago as I just purchased a large renovation property in Westchester. It desperately needed a â gutâ and total redesign on the landscaping. After talking to the top landscape architects and large landscape contractors with big fancy expensive proposals â on a whim I hired just William. I needed to start clearing out dead trees, but I realized that he is talented way beyond this one job. Not only did he do extraordinary work with precision on the trees and groundwork â but now 3 years later, he completely gutted and redesigned, and constructed my entire property â clearing, replanting, tree and plant selection, driveway repaving, grading, painting, masonry and so much more. He has an exceptional â eyeâ for design, aesthetics, perfection, the small details and gives tremendous value for his services. There is absolutely nothing William and his team cannot do with passion and ultimately trust. William is a man of his word. Which is hard to find today. Iâ ve had a water problem in the limestone- built sunroom. After hiring 4 different companies and lots of money later â water keeps coming back. Only William knew the problem and ultimately fixed it. He also does interior work - I had no idea. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. No one else works on the estate (inside and out) now except his team. They are all so very hardworking, loyal, trusting and super multi talented. William turns problems into extraordinary properties. I look at my property every day now and say â wowâ ! I owe it all to William and his team.

What a wonderful company. William the owner was very prompt on Christmas Day. We had a huge wind storm and my beautiful 60 foot blue spruce fell on my daughter's new car. He came over ASAP and removed the tree from her car. On Monday after the weekend he and his men came and completed the job. What a great group of men. Neat, clean, professional. I will hire them in the spring to plant a new tree. Well worth the money and very honest. Thank you William.

W.A. Land clearing was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable & professional. They cut and remove a massive tree,two smaller trees, and cut back & trim two other massive trees. This was all done in two days,and at a reasonable price.

William is a true professional with great skills that made sure that we were happy with the finished project. He gave insightful advice at finding the right solution when tricky challenges arose during our project, leveraging his extensive experience in masonry, landscaping and tree work. We are highly recommending W.A. Land Clearing and will continue to use them.

This the 2nd time I hired William. In 23 years of hiring contractors for home improvement projects, I have not come across a better contractor. William built a stone wall and field stone patio for me as well as reshaped my driveway. Thanks to his expert suggestions and artistry with his excavator, my project turned out better than i ever imagined. He showed up and finished on time and on budget. And every time he saw me, his first question was a genuine how are you?; followed by are you happy with the work? William wants to make certain you are happy in the end. I have not a single criticism of his work on this project (or the first one he did for me 2 years earlier), and I would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.I have several more outdoor projects to complete in the next year. Given William's expert work, his dedication to customer service, and his very good value for the money, I will certainly look to him to complete these as well.

Once again I called him and once again he was on time and followed through with a fantastic job planting my trees at a very reasonable price. He gave me instructions for maintaining them too as well as a 2 year guarantee. I would give him a 10 star rating if I could. He's great.

William was one of two best estimates but offered more services so we went with him after checking liability insurance, workers comp, license and reviews. He estimated one day while others estimated up to three to complete the job. He confirmed, arrived at the time he said, did the job, even did extras I requested, was extremely pleasant, cleaned up 100% and was finished in just under a day. He's coming back in the spring to do planting where the dead trees he removed had been. I'm so happy him, his employees and all their work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

William gave a prompt written estimate, performed multiple jobs in the estimated time (2 stone walls, re-grading and installing a gravel driveway, installing a flagstone patio) and threw in some tree pruning. His crew was respectful and responsible, and William was responsive to my requests and personal landscaping style.

William and his crew built a new stone retaining wall, with steps, a walkway, and patio. He was the only contractor who submitted an estimate so we ended up going with him and...lucky us! All the work is beautiful, the diligent crew was very easy to work with and very professional. They listened to what we wanted done, were very careful to preserve adjacent trees and plants, and even reseeded the areas after landscaping with the extra soil. They also placed the new basketball hoop, and put down blacktop up to the new wall. The few minor issues I noticed after the job was completed and paid for were fixed the following day. I would absolutely recommend William and his crew of highly skilled craftsmen and would definitely hire them again.

Great service, very respectful, understanding about style and landscaping. The over all experience was the best.

I have only good things to say about William & his crew. I contracted for a new flagstone walkway, stone wall, Belgian block and blacktop. So pleased with the work! William is very professional & courteous. My neighbors have all commented on the work & materials (all positive). I will be hiring William again for pavers & walkway off my deck. We need more contractors like him!

Other contractors arrive, give you prices, talk the talk, increases the expense because he thinks this or that needs to be done, you agree and then...The price goes up again, the job is poorly done and you complain to the deaf ear that happily took your money and the water/food you offered on hot days because you are a nice human being and expect that most people are also good I have experienced this story between 7 to 10 times before I met William and his crew. Even as I signed the contract with him, my brain and heart prepared for the aggravation, I was sure, would eventually surface yet another time. ...the aggravation NEVER arrived! I can honestly say, William is the most amazing contractor, talented landscapist, artist and honest human being that we have ever met or dreamed of. He arrived to my property on a cool winter evening as we were preparing to take on the next phase of creating the landscape of our dreams. He arrived with ideas, artistry, mechanical intelligence and most importantly an honesty that has been absent in all my experiences with contractors since I became a homeowner. He was present throughout the job, available to discuss all our concerns as they arose and never once said that he couldnt do something or needed more money or time. I could not have wished for anything better. Now that the job has been completed, I look on my backyard and exhale with happiness and joy because he created a masterpiece. He did a phenomenal job with landscaping, excavation, planting, blacktop, tree removal and maintained a friendly and humble disposition throughout the job (he even treats his staff like they are human beings). He is well established and comes with the skill, materials and machinery to get your job done. His company is built on his deeply rooted passion in and of the craft. He loves what he does and he demonstrates that love with every step he takes on your property. As we signed over the last payment for our contracted job, we made sure to extend our contract with him for ground maintenance and snow removal. In one word, Incredible! That's the way I would describe the workmanship, quality and the value of the completed project. I hired William to replace my front porch, steps and walkway. He and his crew did such a great job, that it was much better than I expected. The project was completed so well and in a timely fashion that I immediately hired William to do another project that I was planning to wait and have done next year. Working with and describing to him what I wanted on the project, I could tell that he is very passionate about his workmanship and very easy to work with.

Great crew that went above and beyond in every aspect of the landscape job. William was very easy to work with, flexible and forthcoming with great ideas to improve my yard. They cleared the bushes, cut trees, planted grass, garden hollies and my hedge. The crew was always on time, dedicated and courteous. I highly recommend this crew and will be working them again!

They cut seven trees in the back and two in the front, From the estimate to completion it was done in good time. One day. They were super accommodative. They were very skilled, I was blown away by their expertise. Very reasonably priced, along with excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
