"Fast, responsive, and left us very satisfied. Lynn was extremely helpful and explained the whole process. Sean was wonderful to work with and also extremely patient. He explained everything (sometimes twice) so we could understand. They were honest, up front, and were able to fix the flue liner and install flashing same day (yes, I learned new words today!). "It was pretty good, it was okay. My wife said he spent very little time, I have no idea how much time they are supposed to spend, but she said he was done pretty fast. When he promised, he did not show up that day. I called him, he said he got busy or something, I don?t recall. So, I rescheduled with him and he came pretty late.

He was a nice guy and my wife said everything was okay. He brought a ladder, went upstairs and he did the chimney. Then he said, the chimney was done with a machine, so next time you don?t have to do this ever, it is not necessary. He was at least true with that he told us to not have it done again, we would be wasting our money."
