They arrived right on time and a quick and efficient job. During the process Peter(the owner) without prompting, kindly explained each step they were doing and why as he and his assistant did the inspection and cleaning. He also explained to me how my chimney was constructed, what caused the smoke to blow back and how to avoid it in the future. They were upfront and honest about the scope of the work necessary to repair a leak in one room (they didn’t try to sell me on a whole new roof). They did the work quickly and well.
