Ellrott.  He quickly investigated the sewer backup problem, determined the cause and spent time patiently answering our questions to determine the most cost-effective solution.  He then scheduled and completed our job in a timely manner.   The scope of work was clearly defined and the cost was good and fair.  We were also very impressed how they paid attention to detail.  They spent time properly planning their work, planned their piping routes to avoid all conflicts and ensured proper access to other existing equipment (e.g. sump pump, etc). They kept all work areas protected and clean.  They even sequenced their work, even stayed late, to ensure sewer service so we could sleep in our house each night.
