What is most troublesome is not so much the fact that whatever work RC did was ineffective, but moreso, the details of work is being kept secret from the owner, the constant absences at scheduled appts, the length of time between communication after the absences, the decision to not communicate with the owner since 7/27/24, and the non-compliance of the stated 5- year warrantee, which was stated the RC would do whatever they needed to repair the leaks. It has also been stated by Roofing estimates since, that the work RC said was completed, was not completed.

An expensive job, but balanced by the quick response and thorough job repairing and recoating my barn roof!

My wife and I hired Angelo and his company to perform a roof repair. We had a leak that was causing damage to our dining room. Upon inspection it was found that a previous roofer from over 10 years ago had done a poor job and all of the substrate material was damaged and rotted. Within two days, they were back at our site performing a massive job, stripping the roof completely of all shingles and rotted boards. All new boards, water and ice barrier and new shingles were applied. Angelo brought a large crew (8 staff) and they completed the job in a single day. Before they left the site it was completely cleaned and appeared the way it was before they arrived. They had cleared my deck of all furniture and then protected my composite decking before beginning the job. The work was great and the price competitive. An awesome and professional job. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call to the completion of our project Angelo was awesome! He came when he said he would and he and his workers were friendly and did meticulous work. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Angelo was responsive and helpful. I saw other work he and his crew did and was impressed. Job ran smoothly. This was for a replacement asphalt shingle roof, tearing off the old, fix any issues, and install new. New roof looks fantastic! I can't speak to the total quality as of yet until we hit some rain, but my guess is it's way more solid and waterproof than the old. And I'm confident that is any issues do arise, Angelo will his crew will come out and fix it pronto. Overall I'm very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Angelo and Royal for any of your roofing needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Construction and Angelo Mitchell for a flat roof replacement. The old roof was severely rotted, but they did an excellent job replacing it with new EPDM rubber. The entire crew, led by their foreman Jaà ºn, worked tirelessly from 7 am to 7 pm to get the job done. I was impressed by their commitment and dedication to completing the project.
