I called him up because the water in my basement was backing up. He found the problem that other people had been unable to diagnose. He was out twice, the first for an emergency call to find the problem, then came back to fix the issue. He was a nice boy, quick, knew what he was doing and made me very comfortable with his knowledge of his work.

he came out on a friday night to look at our hot wather heater and showed me everything that was wrong with it and determined that it neede to be replaced. got it replaced I thought I was going to have to go the entire weekend without hot water he proved me wrong. He was very knowledgable and great from start to finish

It went really well. They were the 3rd plumber I called. The first two said I had to tear apart all this wood in my house to repair it, and couldn't even find where the leak was coming from. Drain-O-Matic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning put a little mirror down by the tub and found the leak. He came out the same day and fixed it within half an hour. Another plumber was here for two hours and wasn't able to fix it.
