We spent over $20,000.00 and when reaching out with a problem it took 10 months to get an response at all. The response was to go buy another window and have it replaced by a company they use. I liked them because they were local but never again. I recommended them to a ftiend, who used them and they had the same response when they had an issue. Bad customer service "
