"Ryan was super responsive and professional. He provided quotes quickly and updated them, when needed. We had to wait for warmer weather to get started, and Ryan reached out to me promptly when the weather changed to get us on the books. He and his team were thorough and professional. The day they were supposed to lay the concrete, he canceled the delivery last minute because the weather was not conducive to proper curing. I was thankful he did that, because I would not have known the difference. I'd highly recommend them. Our driveway looks great. If you are repairing minor cracks that are between ¼ inch to 1.5 inch wide and less than half an inch deep, a self-leveling polyurethane sealant would be your best choice. Polyurethane sealants dry to the touch within one to two hours. Since they come in a tube applier, you also have the option to complete the repair without emptying out your garage.

A resurfaced concrete driveway typically lasts between 8 and 15 years, with an average of around 10 years. The actual lifespan depends on several factors, including the quality of the original concrete, how well the resurfacer was applied, the amount of traffic it endures, and the local climate. Exposure to intense sunlight, rain, snow, and frequent temperature fluctuations can weaken the surface more quickly. To prolong its life, you should reseal the concrete every one to three years and patch any small cracks as they appear.

Pros often use mudjacking or polyurethane foam injection to level a sunken concrete patio. Both methods lift the slab by filling voids beneath it. After properly compacting the soil beneath it to prevent future settling, the concrete may need to be removed and re-poured for severe sinking.

Pervious concrete should be between 4 and 8 inches thick to drain water properly. Surfaces like parking lots and driveways should be at least 6 inches thick to accommodate the weight of vehicles, while patios and walkways may be poured between 4 and 6 inches thick. There’s no standard for pervious concrete thickness, but in most cases, the more weight the surface will need to hold, the thicker it should be.
