"Ryan was super responsive and professional. He provided quotes quickly and updated them, when needed. We had to wait for warmer weather to get started, and Ryan reached out to me promptly when the weather changed to get us on the books. He and his team were thorough and professional. The day they were supposed to lay the concrete, he canceled the delivery last minute because the weather was not conducive to proper curing. I was thankful he did that, because I would not have known the difference. I'd highly recommend them. Our driveway looks great. We just had to get some topsoil to fill in the edges after the frame was removed."

The work crew was a joy & as I'm around it makes a difference. Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

For thin driveway cracks that aren’t widening or lengthening, a polyurethane crack filler is usually the best way to seal the crack and prevent further damage from water and ice. If you have cracks that are more than ⅛-inch wide or driveway cracks that continue to grow, you should call in a professional driveway repair company to fix underlying problems—like insufficient support from the soil underneath—before filling in the cracks. An epoxy sealant is a better option for wider cracks after the surface is leveled and the underlying problem is fixed.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Because it’s faster and uses less materials and energy, resurfacing a driveway is more eco-friendly than replacing it. However, that doesn’t mean it’s always the best option. When deciding between driveway resurfacing vs. replacing, it’s important to consider the age of your driveway and the level of damage. In some cases, replacing it may be a better choice for your budget.

Yes—as long as the area has been properly prepped. Different self-leveling brands and compounds have their own specific instructions for preparation; some may require that you add primer or grind the surface. Without proper preparation of the surface, the compound will not be able to fully bond to the concrete and fill the cure as a separate layer, which makes it prone to chipping.

Regularly inspecting your foundation—at least the visible sections—for signs of foundation issues like moisture and pest infestation is a good way to identify slab leaks early, as is keeping an eye and ear out for water damage to indoor building materials, above-average water bills, sounds of running water when no fixtures or appliances are on, and indoor humidity that causes the temperatures to feel more extreme. If you do find any issues, contact a plumber right away to check it out for you.
