"Two man crew. On-time. Assessed area, brought in back hoe, very organized, dug hole, and removed tank. Removed all hose lines in the house where connections were. Filled in holes, cleared area, very professional and through. We purchased top soil and reseeded lawn after C2G left."

"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

They were also the only people I called that actually answered their phone.& I didn’t have to leave a msg with a computer prompt that kept cutting me off. They even came to ck out the job first. It was a huge job and they are miracle workers. I will be utilizing their services for years to come. 10 stars! Definitely recommend them."

Calling Diversified Trades was the best thing Iâ ve done for our home, and meeting Greg was a consummate relief ..He is consistent, reliable and does fabulous work. We liked him so much that after he finished the landscaping project we didnâ t let him go : we hired him to remove our pool . "Gaia is a great company in every way. The boss, Dan, is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, creative, and fair. The crew are very talented, and extraordinarily decent people. I hired them to design and install a garden, and the result is nothing short of a work of art - without comprising anything on function. That, to me, is what makes Gaia really stand out - they can do it all, and will , but where they really excel is in their creative vision and love for their work. I will also add that while Gaia were on the garden project, my general contractor disappeared. I asked Dan for advice on how to get a range of other projects done. Gaia themselves took on some of the work, including designing and installing a sweet new deck and upgrading my windows. Where the tasks were outside of their capabilities, Dan gave me numerous and great referrals so I was able to rebuild a team. Frankly, I couldn't be happier than my general contractor disappeared. Next time, I'll go straight to Gaia!"
