"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

"Absolutely fabulous! I had an overgrown lawn about 3ft high and they didn’t even blink! Just said no problem! They were also the only people I called that actually answered their phone.& I didn’t have to leave a msg with a computer prompt that kept cutting me off. They even came to ck out the job first. It was a huge job and they are miracle workers. I will be utilizing their services for years to come. 10 stars! Definitely recommend them."

"If you need help with landscaping, taking out trees, regrading a lawn; breaking up concrete adjacent to the garage that was contributing to mold; if you need someone who is meticulous, is quickly able to assess the problem - look no further. Our property was a mess, looked neglected, and in need of a major â haircutâ . Calling Diversified Trades was the best thing Iâ ve done for our home, and meeting Greg was a consummate relief ..He is consistent, reliable and does fabulous work. We liked him so much that after he finished the landscaping project we didnâ t let him go : we hired him to remove our pool . He brought in all the heavy duty equipment, and just as meticulously, got the job done. No headaches. "Gaia is a great company in every way. The boss, Dan, is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, creative, and fair. The crew are very talented, and extraordinarily decent people. I hired them to design and install a garden, and the result is nothing short of a work of art - without comprising anything on function. That, to me, is what makes Gaia really stand out - they can do it all, and will , but where they really excel is in their creative vision and love for their work. I will also add that while Gaia were on the garden project, my general contractor disappeared. I asked Dan for advice on how to get a range of other projects done. Gaia themselves took on some of the work, including designing and installing a sweet new deck and upgrading my windows. Where the tasks were outside of their capabilities, Dan gave me numerous and great referrals so I was able to rebuild a team. Frankly, I couldn't be happier than my general contractor disappeared. Next time, I'll go straight to Gaia!"
