"Fred was very professional. My wife put in a request for service and we received a call that very evening. We made arrangements for a consult and Fred made himself available the very next day. After Fred explained the services he provided and the history and experience he brought to the job. He gave me an estimate. We agreed on his price and he gave me a tentative date for service. the morning the job was scheduled, Fred called to say he would be at my house by 1pm. At 12:30pm there was a knock at the door, he was ready to start. He quickly set up and went to work. He had all the equipment needed to do the job and made quick work of it. The job entailed draining my pond, removing the fish to a temporary tank, cleaning the sludge from the bottom and sides, cleaning the rocks and plants, refilling the water with new treatments and returning the fish back to the clean environment. Upon finishing he cleaned up and left my yard like no one was there. It looked great. The job would have taken me at least 10 to 12 hours to complete by myself. I know this because I've done this by myself for many years. It is an extremely large amount of work. Fred completed the job with his assistant in a matter of 3 hours. Great job Fred!!!!"

As a second thought I asked if they had looked at the front steps as well and they got back to me the next day with a quote for repair. After receiving the ok for the repointing the company began work on the property. They worked independently. The head mason made himself available to us on Saturday to demonstrate the need for repairing the front steps. This was a very effective way to show us that work was necessary and we appreciated their commitment. The head of the company also stopped by on Saturday to make sure that the work was proceeding in line with our expectations and see if there was anything else they could help us with. The stone work was completed over 3 days and the gutters were done the same week. Overall we were very happy with the level of service provided and the professionalism shown by all representatives of the company. We would be happy to work with them in the future."
