Fred was very professional. My wife put in a request for service and we received a call that very evening. We made arrangements for a consult and Fred made himself available the very next day. After Fred explained the services he provided and the history and experience he brought to the job. He gave me an estimate. We agreed on his price and he gave me a tentative date for service. the morning the job was scheduled, Fred called to say he would be at my house by 1pm. At 12:30pm there was a knock at the door, he was ready to start. He quickly set up and went to work. He had all the equipment needed to do the job and made quick work of it. The job entailed draining my pond, removing the fish to a temporary tank, cleaning the sludge from the bottom and sides, cleaning the rocks and plants, refilling the water with new treatments and returning the fish back to the clean environment. Upon finishing he cleaned up and left my yard like no one was there. It looked great. The job would have taken me at least 10 to 12 hours to complete by myself. I know this because I've done this by myself for many years. It is an extremely large amount of work. Fred completed the job with his assistant in a matter of 3 hours. Great job Fred!!!!
