"I've used JA ELECTRIC several times over the years but most recently, ice fell and damaged our meter can. Nationalgrid said we needed to have a electrical inspection before they could restore our power. John came out that morning, replaced our service and had our power on by lunch. I wouldnt use anyone else."

"The exact work we had done was the annual inspection and service updates to our back up generator. The electrical technicians Anderson hires are always great. Communicative, professional, fast, they do an excellent job. Sean was all of that. A great example of quality from a reputable firm."

"Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer."

"William , the owner contacted me soon after I left a message on his phone. He was very prompt in getting me a quote for lightning rods that same day and happened to be in the area locally. We scheduled for him to install two days later. We were very happy with their work, meticulous and detailed. We canâ t notice any rods from the front of the house and they do their best to hide the cable so you canâ t see it. Our house got hit by lightning a year ago and it is not something I want to go thru again with the rebuilding of our house. We have a peace of mind that our house has protection now. William was very reasonable as far as cost compared to the other quotes that we got from other companies. We are so happy we found a great company that is honest and does good work. His company comes back every five years to check that the rods and cables are in good working order!"

"Don was able to fix several problems, including my washing machine whose water would not stop rising and replacing an out of code electrical outlet. Bizarre electrical problems cropped up with both the washing machine fix and outlet replacement while he worked on them, but he persevered and was able to figure them out and resolve the problem. Don is very friendly, gives advice about products when asked, I would recommend him to others."

"Great crew of installers. Kevin did fantastic install on all electric systems. He never stopped for over 7 hours!! Rob and Riley did not stop working till job was done. Nice assistance from Al. on gas and electric line install. Suggestion: someone should review manuals with customer. Team did demonstrate start up of generator."

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."

"1) Quality: During his first visit Court began with a careful examination of our house and the pond that now provides heat in winter and air conditioning in summer. He walked through the basement examining the current installations and then came to the dining room to discuss his ideas. He had a large volume of pictures from many previous geothermal installations, some very much like ours. There is a quiet professionalism to Court that is so much better than salesmanship. His final design includes extra protections, and elegant features. For instance, this winter the furnace heats all our domestic hot water with otherwise wasted heat generated by the compressor. The house remains quietly at our set temperature regardless of the weather outside, hot or cold. 2) Customer Service: Court is always available on email or phone when I have questions. He and his partner came to tweak the system last week and spent time carefully correcting all the many adjustments available on a geothermal installation. 3) Value for money: I don't know what other firms would charge. Court has emphasized all along the federal tax rebates and electric company rebate, the services that will automatically arrive because of this system. He accurately predicted the overall savings this system brings compared to our oil and coal furnaces. I was amazed in the end how reasonable our total bill was for such a large installation. 4) Overall Impression: Court and his partner are professionals who know precisely what they are doing and get it done. I couldn't be happier with this heating-cooling pond-thermal system and the process that brought it to us."
