"Unfortunately cannot recommend this time around. Floors are not good. Never came back to fix anything after I paid him in full. Many calls and text messages to Marty have gone unanswered. Hired Marty and team for big refinishing job in a vacant, fixer upper 1,700 sq ft. After removing carpets, he discovered some wood badly damaged. Marty suggested painting and covering up floors with LVP instead of restoration. I had to ask the professional if he could remove damaged wood and patch in new. He did not use wood bleach to lighten stains, balked when I suggested it. The floors appear 'dry'. He said he used 3 coats but there are some areas of the floors where mop water soaks right in. There are gaps in between the boards that did not get filled with poly but then they filled in random gaps with putty. There's no consistency. There were many wood chips sealed into the poly. I found a staple left in the floor and polyed over. They cut new wood around cabinets in the dining room and left the old wood underneath (this is the biggest headache I have to fix now that the cabinets are removed). I know a lot of effort was put into the job but overall, for the price I paid, the results are unsatisfactory and the unanswered calls and texts make it even worse."

This has happed 2/3 snow falls we've already had. We had to call an emergency plow. Twice. He's horribly organized. He seems to care, but not enough to be consistent. Something is amiss. Beware using any of his services."

"I had work done by this company in February 2025. The work contracted was for 33 percent of my parlor ceiling to be replaced with pine boards as the original ceiling tiles were damaged from a water leak from the second floor. The work was done and paid for on 24 February 2025. I also asked them to finish a larger project in my bathroom, but they were too lazy to recontact me even though an estimate was sent, and I finally had it finished by another concern. My wife noticed the boards in the parlour were separating and dropping slightly yesterday. I have repeatedly tried to contact them by phone, text and e-mail but they refuse to reply which is why I am writing. I would not recommend this company as the job was not done properly and is falling apart. I plan to voice my concern on other social media as they ignore my need for help and obviously do not warranty their work. Business, honest business is not done in this manner and if these men think it is, they should not be in business."
