My roof was completely replaced in 3 days for a very reasonable price. After the job was done, they left everything spotless clean. There was a leak due to a defective skylight from a previous installation, and Arian came back to take a look and fixed it at no extra cost. It turned out to be a defective glass seal, which Arian resealed using clear silicone. After the roof was replaced, it rained for two consecutive days and Arian called me each day to make sure there was no leak. Sometimes after we pay contractors, they do not even bother to follow up; and even to get in touch with them can be difficult after they get their money (but not Arian). Arian answered my call each time. He takes pride in his work which is rare nowadays. I already recommended him to do another roof repair job, which he successfully completed on time and as promised. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and found where water was making it way to the way other side of my roof from chimney flashing. Clearly.
