"First-rate from start to finish. Spent much time in estimate; going up on the roof for inspection, thorough write-up, competitive bid. Jay explained in detail the 2 deck mount skylights and 1 curb mount skylight for a somewhat flat part of the roof. The crew was efficient and respectful and their work is top quality. They resealed some flashing, fixed a hanging soffit and a small section of missing roof shingles for free. Upon discovering a crack on the chimney, Jay checked to confirm that the crack did not go below the roof and gave me a written estimate on the spot. In my years of dealing with contractors, the attention to detail and responsiveness from Golden Team Home Remodeling is unmatched."
