G&R stained the entire deck by hand (including the lattice work). Gave me a good price and stayed with that price. The deck was 35 years old, but you couldn't tell by looking at it now. "We used Gentle Giant to soft wash our home and patio. They did a tremendous job!! the house looks great and the patio looks like new! Habari and his crew were on time, courteous and professional. They moved all of out patio and porch furniture to protect it and they even moved my flowers and planters in the front of the house so they would not get damaged. In addition they cleaned our foundation which was not part of the original estimate at no extra charge. I would use Habari again in a heartbeat and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for power wash or soft wash services."

I previously received Roof Renew Pros’ mailer and held onto it for this occasion as we had gotten moss and lichen growth on our roof. I kept the mailer as it stated their use of organic products, as well as no pressure washing, which was very important to us. After reading reviews, we decided to call RRP. Barbara came and inspected our roof, explained what was growing on it and took photos for us to see what was going on up there. There was more moss on our roof than we had initially thought. Barbara went over the process, what would be done on the day of and next day, gave us the price, so we booked our cleaning. The RRP crew arrived on the day, cleaned our roof in a timely manner and applied a sealer to prevent new growth anytime soon. Our roof is now lichen/moss-free and winter ready. It looks like it did when we first moved in. The crew was thorough and very helpful. The price fell within what we expected to pay for such a service and the fact that RRP use organic products, was HUGE to us. The paint on the exterior of my home which cedar siding required serious attention. Almost 60% of the paint on the side of the house with the most sun exposure was peeling very badly. ProPainters sanded all of the impacted areas right down to bare cedar then primed and painted with a type of paint that will not peel like the previous paint.
