There was a leak due to a defective skylight from a previous installation, and Arian came back to take a look and fixed it at no extra cost. It turned out to be a defective glass seal, which Arian resealed using clear silicone. After the roof was replaced, it rained for two consecutive days and Arian called me each day to make sure there was no leak. Sometimes after we pay contractors, they do not even bother to follow up; and even to get in touch with them can be difficult after they get their money (but not Arian).
