"The gentleman arrived promptly after contacting him about a leak we discovered on the upper floors of my home. He gave me a free estimate for the damage repair, and for a total roof replacement(that I asked for-he was not pushy). After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge. The work was quick, clean, and immediately tested. That night we had a rather terrible rainstorm come through, and the area that sustained previous water damage remained dry. The gentleman used a drone during and after the repair, to show me various stages, up until completion. Overall experience was 4 1/2 out of 5. The only reason there wasnâ t a perfect score was for pricing, but good work isnâ t cheap, and cheap work isnâ t normally good. . I would hire Done Right roofing and repair again."

"The men that came to my house were very professional. They did excellent work replacing my rotted trim boards and painting them without any mess on the deck. The installation of metal flashing around the deck was also done to perfection and there has not been any water damage or leaks since the work was completed. I have used them before to repair leaks around my skylights as well as new copper flashing and shingles around the chimney area. Before the men left they cleaned up after themselves making sure no loose nails or debris were left on the property. Their quality of work was exceptional."

Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job. John Hazard was very personable, did not put a hard sales job on us, made sure we understood the process and what they were proposing, the needs for the different pieces and explaining what they might find once the roof was off and where additional costs may be.
