I called when my sewer line was clogged. They showed up the time scheduled. He used a water jet and cleaned out the line. Very clean, neat and polite! The price was better than the others. They are fast! A+ Service!

I hired the company division that does electrical work. It is a crappy job; they installed electrical heaters and did the wiring. At first, the wiring would trip the breaker panel every time the heaters were turned on. They finally came out to fix the work and it is worse because now the electric box sparks whenever the heaters are turned on. They won't return phone calls so I now have to pay another electrician to do the work properly. I will not use this company again since they refuse to do right by customers who go out of their way to support them.

Tre came promptly and saved my basement from flooding by unclogging the sewer trap. He saved me some money from the original estimate, which was honest, because the problem was not as serious as we originally thought. I will hire him again if needed.

Talk about really bad timing: Nobody wants a badly clogged and overflowing sink, but especially late at night and right before a holiday weekend. The smell of sewage backing up isnâ t the way the night was planned. Tre responded to the call (Brooklyn) and drove all the way from another client in New Jersey to assess and complete the job, which prevented a flooding disaster on recently renovated floors, etc in the apartment. Everyone liked him; polite, informative, kept us posted about timing, and he even totally cleaned up the site. Iâ m recommending Tre/this business to everyone I know because efficient and reliable plumbers are really hard to find â and finding great 24 hour service is even even more of a challenge.

Very responsive. We needed someone on a sunday night and he worked with us past midnight to solve the problem. He even drove over 2 hours to get to the location. Highly recommended.
